FHK Fries on YouTube hosted by FHK (The Fry Guy) and Pauly — (Pauly is the mystery man behind the camera who won’t show himself until they hit a million subscribers)
FHK Fries is all about chasing down great French fries, traveling to new places, and mixing humor with a little local history along the way. Each episode has its own vibe — sometimes it’s a legendary spot with decades of stories behind it, sometimes it’s a tiny hole-in-the-wall you’d never find unless someone told you. We’ve filmed fry reviews all over the country (and beyond), hitting iconic restaurants, tourist favorites, and unexpected gems, always keeping it light, funny, and a little chaotic in the best way possible.
And if that’s not enough, he’s also working on his third children’s book, chasing new world records, and co-owns Kamish Studios — a sculpture studio creating monumental art. He handles everything from production to social media to daily operations.
He also runs the FHK YouTube channel, including his new series helping his 97-year-old friend Burke, who was kicked out of his home. Frank even launched a GoFundMe to help get Burke back on his feet.
Meet FHK
Frank Henry Kamish — better known as FHK or “The Fry Guy”— is a young content creator whose videos and projects are steadily building a loyal following. He also co-hosts FHK Fries YouTube, a French fry review channel where FHK and Pauly travel the world rating fries and mix in a little humor, local history, and fun facts to keep their followers entertained.
Frank has already written and illustrated two children’s books with his dad and uncle and is currently working on his third. He also holds two world records — one for the World’s Largest French Fry and one for the World’s Largest Pair of Scissors.
And if you subscribe to his channel, congrats… you’re officially an FHKer.
